This notice explains what Soultrace collects through this website, why we use it, who helps us process it and the choices available to you.
What we collect
For Find Your Trace, we collect the name, email address and birth date you enter, together with the product and Soul Animal matched to your experience. For Soultrace Weekly, we collect your first name, email address and consent record.
How we use it
We use your details to create and deliver the reading you request. We use your information for newsletters, birthday rewards and brand updates only when you separately choose the optional marketing permission.
Who processes it
Mailchimp helps us manage subscribers and deliver emails. OpenAI helps create the personalised reading from the information submitted in the experience. Netlify hosts the website and processes requests needed to operate it. Each provider processes information under its own security and data protection commitments.
How we protect it
The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Service credentials stay on the server and are not exposed in the browser. Access is limited to authorised accounts, forms are protected against automated abuse and responses containing personal information are not cached.
How long we keep it
Marketing subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the requested experience, protect the service and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can use Find Your Trace without joining marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@mysoultrace.ae.

Find Your Trace is a creative experience for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not a scientific, medical or psychological assessment.
